Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method, and courier service. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected domestic and international locations. If we do not ship to your destination, you will be notified during checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos of the damage.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us promptly so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
